The Busselton Beach Resort in Western Australia has been sold after the ending of its 40 year time-share agreement.
The 1.7ha site in Geographe Bay, Western Australia has 32 two and three bedroom villas. Other amenities include a fitness center, pool, tennis courts, fully equipped kitchens and a hot tub.
Busselton Beach Resort shares the Western Australia submarket with 267 other properties for a total of 13,640 keys.
