Q1 2013 was a very busy period for major UK hotel transactions as international investors agreed to the £400M purchase of the InterContinental London Park Lane and also spent around £1.2Bn on portfolio deals for Principal Hayley, 42 Marriott Hotels, Malmaison and Hotel du Vin.
